Refund policy

At Hayaa Club, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve made our returns process simple and transparent.

This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds in line with UK consumer law.


1. Changed your mind?

If you've changed your mind about something you've ordered, that’s okay.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Email support@hayaaclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
  3. Please return items unused, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received.

Shipping costs:

  • You’ll cover the cost of returning the item.
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to make sure your parcel arrives safely.


2. Faulty or damaged items

We take great care to ensure every piece meets our quality standards. If you receive an item that’s faulty or damaged, please contact us right away.

  1. Email support@hayaaclub.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault.
  2. If the fault or damage isn’t clear from your photos, we may ask you to return the item for inspection.
  3. You’ll need to cover the postage cost initially. If we confirm that the item is faulty, we’ll refund reasonable tracked return postage costs or offer a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, please email support@hayaaclub.com before sending anything back.

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges, both for returning the original item and sending the replacement.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

4. Refused returns

If a returned item doesn’t meet our return conditions-for example, if it has been worn, washed, returned after the time limit, or is no longer in the same condition as when we shipped it-we’ll contact you.

  • You can choose to have the item sent back to you.
  • You’ll be responsible for the shipping cost to have it returned.
  • If postage payment isn’t received within 14 days, we may dispose of the item.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
  • Shipping costs (both directions) are non-refundable, unless a fault has been confirmed by us.
